Yes. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What if my IES file fails verification?
We'll contact you with the specific discrepancy. You can revise your claimed specs, submit a corrected file, or list without the Verified badge.
Do I need a paid tier to be listed?
No. Basic listings are free and carry the same verification badge as any paid tier.
How are guaranteed leads tracked?
Premium Partners receive a monthly report identifying buyers who clicked through, requested information, or contacted us about your products. If we don't deliver 5 in a given month, the following month is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid tiers are month-to-month. Cancel and your listing reverts to Basic at the next billing date — your data and history are preserved.
